This company's communication is absolutely terrible. Our son get dropped off most days at his babysitter's house. I call 1 or 2 days every week (on my days off work) to have him dropped off at OUR OWN HOUSE and they have failed to do this on a regular basis! I have done everything from call mid-day and call again when the bus is in route to calling and asking for confirmation that the bus driver got the information. They have very POOR customer service skills and blame us for not having a consistent work schedule! Be aware that they will not take responsibility for any mistakes they make!
