New Image Window Tinting

Had front 2 windows done with cheaper of the 2 tints,had bubbles so went back to get fixed..Was thinking they would have to remove and reinstall anyway so asked if I got the better tint what the difference would be 20.00 she told me so I decided to go ahead and upgrade.They charged me for the complete install except removal...They had to remove the old messed up tint anyway and reinstall the new.They should have charged me only for the difference in tint not the complete install since they had to remove the old and reinstall...plus they got to work late so I sat and waited for them to get there...Would not use this place ever again..Was charged 140 for 2 windows...Do not use this place!!
