They have no idea what services they do and do not provide. Verified in the phone and in person what was needed, they assured us they do that only to have us wait 2 1/2 hours and then have someone come in and say they don't do it (provider never even saw us). Despite wasting our time never apologized. They play smutty tv in the waiting room so you may want to think twice before taking a child in there. Would give no stars if possible

It was terrible. I went to the Urgent Care on Centre Rd in Portage, MI for a possible scratched Cornea. After waiting 30+ minutes in the waiting room in severe pain, with my eye draining profusely. I saw the "Doctor" whom they call "Ray". He came in, stared at my face, (seriously. He just stared. He didn't look at my eye or examine it.) and told me that he "really hates eyes". He prescribed me an antibiotic and told me it may or may not be infected, then sent me on my way telling me there wasn't anything I could do about the pain, and to "be more careful". (my five month old poked me in the eye in the dark with his little finger)

That night the pain intensified and I barely slept. I decided to see a dr the next day to get a second opinion. The dr examined my eye and found a large GOUGE in my iris. She took immediate and necessary action to get me on the road to recovery.



I would NEVER recommend this place or "Dr Ray" to anyone. I would sooner direct you to a vet for better results.

Joy Wisser and the staff that saw my daughter today were absolutely wonderful. I walked in and their was no wait, we were seen in about 10 minutes and the whole thing was done in 30 or less. My daughter is non verbal, they were so sweet to her, when I discovered her cup had frozen in the car overnight, they gave me a bottle of water for her, and when I mentioned I was waiting for her dad to come and get us, they gave her some motrin while we waited, due to her high fever. Thank you so much for your kindness ladies, I had no idea a visit to the urgent care could go so smoothly, and be so pleasant.

Every time I go here I have always had GREAT care and the doctors listen very well! Ray is one of the docs there and he is awesome! Every time I take my son there they are always very patient and ready to help. The rest of the staff is very good as well. Have never had a bad experience here!

I went hear with a sinus infection to. And he also told me because I didn't have a fever, I didn't have a infection. I am 54 years old and have had several sinus infections in my life. I think I know when I have one. He told me I watch to much dr. Oz. I have never watch that show. When I didn't back down to him he said I will give you anything you want but I am writing in your chart that a antibiotic was not recommend . When he came in the room I wanted to leave right then. He was overweight and dirty. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a so called doctor. PEOPLE listen up. Don't even step in that door.

TERRIBLE CARE!!! I went with a sinus infection and eye pain after caring for my daughter who had just had a sinus infection, chest cold and pink eye. Simply because I wasn't running a fever, the doctor told me that I did not have any kind of infection and what I was experiencing was similar to "an allergic reaction to winter". I've been sick for a whole week and woke up with crusty, pink eyes. I am now going to my family doctor to get treated properly and will be arguing against paying any kind of bill. I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend it. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I went there for tooth abscess and was treated as drug seeking. That's so call doctor did not even look at me. Had a lot of pain meds I'm on for recent shoulder surgeries and just called me drug seeking and said he could do nothing. I never answer for pain meds I wanted something for an infection to bring the swelling down I have been never so disgusted in my life. Never ever go to this place no wonder they don't have a business going.
