I contacted Bel-Aire Heating & Air for a furnace and air inspection and they were able to get me in quickly. I knew my furnace was older and wasn't operating very well and their tech was able to confirm what I suspected was happening with my furnace. They scheduled a comfort advisor to come out and give me some information on furnace and a/c replacement so I could plan that in proactively rather than waiting for it to stop working. I was very impressed with the salesmen and their knowledge. We never felt pressured to purchase anything, and loved that there were options at different price levels to meet my needs. I decided to purchase both a new furnace and a/c. They just finished the installation and I am super pleased with the service. They completed the job faster than they quoted and were very careful in my house and did an excellent job of cleaning up from the installation to completion. I would absolutely highly recommend Belaire Heating & Air Conditioning if you are looking for the best heating system at a great price. Bel-Aire is my 'go to' call! You won't be disappointed.

The tech David was great. Professional and very knowledgeable. He did a good job in explaining the whole process as we had a part replaced on our furnace.

I had Bel Aire install a new furnace and air conditioner in my house to replace the very old inefficient ones. Their package deals were priced well and I had several efficiency options to choose from. They carry Lennox brands which are some of the better ones out there. The crew came out to my house and did the whole tear out and install in one day. They were very polite and professional, and answered all of my husband and I's questions. Everything is working great and my new furnace is so quiet I don't hear it running at all. I am very happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technicians that came out did a great job

I needed a new ignitions which is about a $10 part and 15 minutes worth of work. They charged 69 just to look (I already knew the problem) and then added the labor and part on at the end. Do not use these folks! They were not honest with me.
