Charged me more than I paid for the item. Was told would be ready on a Friday I called he never called back called on sat told to come between 2-3was not there called and
Was told to come at 3:30 when got there he was not done with it. He must be part time. Would not recommend him at all

If I could rate it a half star, I would. The work took longer than promised, I had to go to the store three times over the course of 5 days to reclaim my shoes... each visit was planned because they told me to come and that my shoes would be ready. I get there today (4 days past the due date and 9 days after dropping them off) when he told me to be there and he hadn’t done ANYTHING. I sat and waited 45 minutes while he rushed through them and they look worse than they did when I dropped them off. When confronted about the shoddy work, he said I could leave one of the worst pair (the sole isn’t even sticking to the shoe), I refused... no way I’m leaving more of my propert behind. I paid over $100 to have 5 pair of shoes done and 2 are wearable. I’m going to have to have the other 3 redone. When I messaged him on FB... because you can’t reach them by phone half the time, he blamed me saying I rushed him and he wasn’t refunding anything other than the cost to fix that one pair. When I told him I was going to leave negative reviews he said “Go ahead”... so here you go. Save your money, time and energy. My shoes looked better before I dropped them off.
