Very disappointed with Dr. Yoo. I just moved from Raleigh NC and had my first visit with Dr. Yoo. I have been on a certain medication for 25 years with my other Gynecologist in Raleigh. I have run out of meds and asked her at my first visit to renew my meds she refused. I requested them again and she said that she would give me one week of meds to hold me over and then retracted that as well. I had to go to my Raleigh Gyno to get a temporary refill. I will never go to her again. Minus Star!!!

Looks are deceiving! The office and the equipment is modern & new and most of the staff is very nice. The Midwife was wonderful, but unfortunately you can't choose a Doctor/midwife. Whoever is on call that day will deliver your baby. The Physicians (husband & wife) have horrible bed side manner! When Dr. Ross walked into delivery room to deliver my baby.... not 1 WORD did he say to me. He didn't say a word during entire delivery... he stood there with his arms crossed just waiting... the body language said hurry up and have this baby already. I actually started to cry during delivery b/c I had such an awful Doctor! Thank God he delivered my baby without any complications.... but he cut the umbilical cord without even offering for my husband to do it! He almost destroyed a beautiful moment but I wouldn't let him. I would give a ZERO star if I could!

Dr Grace Yoo is a great doctor. Very Very professional and knowledgable. I am a middle aged woman and have been to numerous OB/Gyn's over the years. She is my favorite. She is no nonsense...business...yet concerned and accurate.
Good Staff....minimal waiting time which is a plus.
My relationship with this doctor and her office/staff has been an overall A+ experience.

I have to agree with the previous comment. She did not take her time with me. I was just another patient. It seemed like she wanted to get me in and out and prescribe what she wanted to give me. I didn't feel very conferrable around her.
