I've never been one to go online and complain but today assured me that there are people who own businesses that shouldn't even bother.



We called this company to send someone out to look at our sprinkler system. Said they would have someone come out at 8:30 on a Friday. I took off work (overtime) to stay home.



Well, 8:30 comes around and nobody shows up. No courtesy call to say they would be late. By 9:00, I called them, and in this day and age, who doesn't have a good phone system and customer service? The phone rang forever and then finally went to voice mail. Within one hours time, I left two messages to call me back...nothing.



If you want your time to be wasted contact this company, with the archaic phone system and lack of customer service. Absolutely a waste of time
