I took my truck in and they had it for two days and did not repair what was scheduled for them to do. The owner came up with all kinds of excuses. I am now taking my business elsewhere. Bad customer service, they left my truck with grease all over my drivers side seat and around the door handle. My truck still leaks after almost 700.00 for one gasket repair.

I took my vehicle there to replace a wheel bearing, which was repaired satisfactorily, however, my custom seats were caked in grease and they would not clean them. 2 days later, the repaired wheel fell off. Nowkas let my vehicle sit for 2 weeks before ordering the parts. There was a part that required special order, but not uncommon, The damage was minimal as was the repair work and 7 (seven) weeks later, they still have not repaired my vehicle, have a myriad of excuses and no responsibility. I've contacted them frequently (at least every 2 days). The repair is NOT technical and can be completed by anyone with the skill of changing a spare tire (minus turning the rotor). Beware of this shop, it avoids customer responsibility like the plague. There were several (at least 3 other) vehicles in the same situation, but for only 3 weeks. A complaint to the BBB is most certain, but will not affect their low standards. My insurance co will ensure they are not on any recommendation list.
