WELL DONE!!
Barbra , Crim and Jollene are three wonderful ladies. They are polite and very professional. After 6 long months of showings my condo I finally went to closing.
That is when the trouble started. My bank totally messed up my paper work 12 years ago. Barbra not only found the error she schooled 3 supervisors and the law department at the bank on the nature of the problem and provided the plan to correct everything so I could sell my condo. If I had used Serfside Title 12 years ago Barbra would have picked up the mistake an corrected it ASAP.
Most amazing to me is how Barbra never got upset, so professional she showed me the problem and began right away to fix it. Do not trust your closing to anyone else but Surfside .After hours of conversations with my bank Barbra did not charge one cent for all the extra work.
