i dont know how he is as a lawyer but as a landlord he sucks. he took a year to get most things fixed and that was only cuz there was an inspection coming up of the apt. i complained about the carpet upon moving in and the whole time i lived there and he would never do anything about it but now my security deposit is suffering because he taking the repairs he was posed to make a year ago out of it. hmm should i charge him for my dad fixing the things he was posed to fix and for the mouse issue that was never fixed. we were on a second floor they had to be coming in from downstairs but he was too cheap to hire someone for that. he was told to get rid of our not safe wooden front door and make it a fire door and the so called repair guy he has found one for $15 but he was too cheap for that too. and a city inspector told him to replace that. the funny thing is we rode by the apt and he had the carpet from the 60s ripped out. that carpet was there from what i heard through 4 diff tenents. thats just horrible. even having it cleaned didnt help. i wouldnt recommend this douche to anyone for anything
