Three years have passed since I first discovered Murdock Tires and met Jim, the owner. Every experience was of the highest quality and to my full satisfaction. Jim's engineers are well versed in their trade and have taken care of my two autos. My wife and I have always been pleased with the invoices. Very fare costs and high quality work. Jim has serviced my family's cars for 30 plus years. He has always been there when we needed him from tires, brakes, transmission, engine, A/C repair-you name it. This is where I buy my tires cause I never have to worry about any issues

I have never been treated as badly as I was treated today. I have spent thousands having work done on my cars at this place. I was told today never to come back because I did not by tires from them. The owner did not even want to know why we did not buy from him. I would not recommend this place to anyone for service.

before you get all excited from these reviews this place totally screwed me...i had a car just over a year old when i took it in for the oil change, they told me i needed a new air filter, so ok no biggie pout it in...for the next week my car started having trouble running...not to their knowing my family is very experianced in cars but just hadnt had the time to do the oil change...so my husband finds where they have cut to fit an air filter which is wayyyy to small for the car...so when i call i am told they wouldnt do that, i am lying, and that it doesnt matter becaues it wouldnt harm it...when i tell them so the air filter doesnt filter the air that goes into the engine, and all the leaves and crap that were settled around it, none got sucked it...what a joke...not to mention 5 months after they rotated the tires we figured out they were never rotated....at least they could have taken care of it when i called but yet the owner refused....so i had to buy the correct air filter and put it in myself...

Jim has taken care of all 6 of our families cars for years. I would never dream of taking them anywhere else. Always reliable quality work.

I've finally found an Honest Mechanic. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to give these guys the recognition that they deserve. When having my car serviced here they went far beyond the service that I paid for to ensure that the car was fixed correctly....at no additional charge. Five Star service from a Five Star staff.

Murdock Tire and Auto Repair has repaired my vehicles for years. The owner Jim Crouthers has the business skill as well as mechanical skill. Every time I need service or a repair, I always have confidence that he will fix what needs to be fixed and not mislead you or do unnecessary repairs.I feel Murdock Tire and Auto Center is the closest thing to receiving dealership service, without going to the dealership.

iPurchased 4 new tires for a Chevy Trailblazer in September which I have had to add air to numerous times in the last 6 weeks. The two front tires continue to leak. I have taken the SUV back to the Murdock and ask that they fix the problem. This last time I explained if I wanted my tires flat I would have kept the old ones. After explaining this , the man at the tire center ask if I wanted him to look at them. I told him no I dont want you to look at them I would like the damn tires fixed. He said if I wasnt nice he would not even look at them. Finally after a very long wait the tires were checked again. The two front had 10 lbs air in them. The tires were repaired again, after leaving the center I check the pressure only to find the front 5 lbs over the pressure of the back. Poor Quality, Poor Service, and a Smart Mouth Manager is what you will get at this center..e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I have all my work done at Murdock Tire and Auto. They are honest guys who will not rip you off. They will not sell you something that you do not need. Their prices are really reasonable. Best service done with a smile around. HIGHLY Recommend this company to fix your vehicle. They can do anything and will always have you leaving with a smile.
