We've been clients/patients for the past 10 years (when we moved to PA) and Chuck has never failed us. We began with just our one and then adopted a 2nd when her owner died...the adopted one has a bad situation with her eyes and Chuck has been very good in helping us treat this condition. We now can get the meds easier and cheaper! The staff are also a good team - compassionate, competent and calm - so helpful when situations can be tense! (in the past 10 yrs. we've only vetted with Chuck - save for the one time he was gone, so we saw the on-call who was also very nice and helpful, but they weren't PAVC! :) This man also has a big heart for all of the animals under his care...his paw-side manner can be a tad gruff at times, but once you know the whole story of how he became a vet, it fits perfectly - and he has a whole head full of horse sense, to boot! Lucky us who know and trust this vet to care for our animals!! :)

We feel our collie Maggie was very, very sick when we brought her to Dr. Schramm from another veterinary clinic. Dr. Schramm and his staff were very helpful and because of their care and instructions, our Maggie is on the road to recovery and doing very well. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet and his staff. Thanks so much for caring for our Maggie.
