Tweaks by Geeks, what an awesome experience. Walked in thinking I needed a new phone do to not enough storage on my phone. After speaking to owner ( Tammy Poston ) and Toby the tech, they were able to show me and correct my storage problem. I was in and out in five minutes, glad to see there are companies still out there to help you without trying to sell you something you don't need. Professional and top notch GEEKS!! I highly recommend them to anyone and will return for my future needs.

Was not happy with the service...

Was not happy with the service. I took my computer into the store to get a noisy fan replaced,



everything was working fine with the computer. The tech that worked on my computer bent a pin



connecting the monitor to the motherboard, he was then fired....it took 7 months to fix the issue.



a few issues that arose were 1)They lost my 2nd harddrive 2) a new battery was drained, no charge



3) broke my monitor. When i finally came to collect my computer i was met with severe



resistance.One tech took responsibility for my computer and completed the repair, however he was



not at all courteous and somewhat blaming about the issue not only towards the tech who was fired,



but towards me as well! On the pickup date the owner of the company was present, she did not



identify herself as the owner or supervisior, she did not apologize about it issue at all. In order



to help resolve these problems I was so fed up with the situation i said just give me a replacement



battery and forget about the lost harddrive. The owner started yelling from a room in the back



saying that i needed to pay $30 for the battery and that my harddrive will be found and returned.



So i asked the tech in front of me who exactly was yelling from the back and why she couldn't talk



to me directly to my face, the tech replied that she is upset at the situation and she really dose



not want to look at my face right now....the only word i could say was "WOW". I then asked for a



confirmation from anyone in the store that my harddrive be found and returned to me, the response



were blank stares and no reply from the yelling owner in the back. a few moments the owner storms



out the back and says comment on the reciept that the cust. does not want his hdd back and we're



replacing it with a battery....at that point i was finished with the situation and said nothing



else. i still paid an over priced 192 just to replace a fan that took 7 months because of all the



other user created issues. In conclusion tweeks by geeks is a good service for some people and my



situation was probably a fluke, However no one person in that business was willing to take



RESPONSIBILITY for their actions, they are certainly not COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL or RESPECTFUL.



They DO have the great ability to ERODE a cust. self esteem. After i walked out the door the owner



walked outside and made a poor attempt at an apology basically saying that they should have never



fixed the issue that their tech caused and should have given me back the broken laptop after they



initially broke it. I will never do business at this establishment again, i'd rather go to Best Buy



"yea i said it" that to ever visit this place again. i will never recommend them to anyone. bad



news always travels faster than good news right? Somebody please give these people a customer



service business plan and teach them how to talk to people!
