Provided by YP.comI took my two dogs to the pet salon and requested their nails be cut and filed down as much as possible. They were long before I went in and long after I came out. Before I left the salon I pointed out that they had only removed the tips of each nail. I had taken my dogs there numerous times and had the same thing done successfully over the years. When I complained, my frustration and anger fell on deaf ears. Later that day I called back to the salon to speak to the "manager". She stated they could only take the tips off of nails. In the end she told me "Good Bye". SO BEWARE!!! I spent $30.00 there and did not even get courtesy much less the service I paid for!
