My daughters (6, one 13) have attended ATOC for over 10 years now and could not be any happier. The environment is always very friendly and positive when you walk in the door and they have always been very great to my family.



I believe they are one of, if not the most technical studios in Louisiana. They require at minimum three ballet classes a week to company members (and if you know anything about dancing.. You know ballet is where your technique comes from) they attend international ballet competitions and are always bringing in master teachers. They are very serious about training in the studio but always have lots of fun at competitions. Very team oriented.



Both my daughters started at 2. By time they were 4 they were coming home telling me terminology, different positions, and dancing in front of any mirror in the house.

My daughters have made lots of friends traveling, taking classes at different convention and competition and along the way I've met a lot of dance moms as well. I will be the first to say dance is not cheap.. especially competitively. And let me tell you how my jaw drops when I hear the prices other moms are paying for their child (just one) to dance! I always feel so lucky when I hear the crazy prices many moms pay elsewhere.



Anyway - loving teachers, loving dancers. I would say Great place for your kid to dance!
