My girlfriend's dog passed away in the middle of the night and since we live in an apartment, we had no idea what to do. A quick google search led us to Paws and Cherish and I am so grateful that it did. They came the next morning and picked up our dog and treated us with kindness and respect during our time of grieving. I can't say how thankful we are for Paws and Cherish and highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation. RIP Bella...

On April 22, 2015, We brought our 2 cats to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League because they were both very sick and they had lived a long and loving life and we knew this was a good place for them to be. Our babies were Angel (16) and Tasha (17)

When we got there, we were brought to a room called, The Rainbow Bridge. It was very cozy and private and their staff let us spend a very long time with our babies before saying good bye.

We were beside ourselves letting go of part of our family but the staff was more than compassionate and made the transition bearable.

Then, when we were told our babies would be picked up by a co. called, Paws and Cherish, and that they would be in a communal cremation and that their ashes would be spread at one of the Humane society's grounds. We though that was okay but as the day went on, I changed my mind and wanted my 2 cats together and I wanted to keep their remains. I decided to pick a scatter tube for them.

I was unable to get to their office so they made arrangements to come to my house and hand deliver my cats remains. The driver called to let me know he was on his way. When I received the White box with a paw print on it, I started to tear up but at the same time I was so thankful for what Paws and Cherish did for me and especially when I opened the box, there was a scatter tube with a forest, a lake and a rainbow. Tasha and Angel's names were on it along with a beautiful rose nestled next to them. I also received 2 certificate of cremation cards with each of their names. I am still in awe as to how everything was handled and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through a difficult time. God Bless.

Pet cremation was done reckless and with no regard to $400 contract. P&C had to refund the $400 through Lund vet for horrible mistake. Our little boy Dudley died on 12/13/14 and was taken to our vet for cremation services. Our vet did everything correct and effectively working with P&C. With NUMEROUS calls and DISCUSSIONS about us being their to physically see our pet being cremated (for assurance) and were reassured everything will be done to specifications by Byron and Adam. Our FAMILY viewing was scheduled for THURSDAY 12/18/14!! On TUESDAY 12/16/14 our English Bulldog "Dudley" (RIP) was picked up by Paws and Cherish and immediately cremated at their site and we were contacted by Byron, the owner, that our pet was accidently cremated with other pets that day and that he is fully aware that they made a "mistake by miscommunication" in his office. The pain for our family is irreversible and terrible. Byron told me he has been in business for 2 years now and used to be a Funeral director for humans. I asked him to give me in writing the mistake that was mas made and Byron got very defensive and said "I will not!" "I will refund your $400".

Excellent customer care

On Memorial Day 5/26/14 our family cat Willow passed away at home. This was extremely upsetting for us but also I had no idea what to do having never had a situation like this happen. I did not want to just take her to an after hours vet for them to just dump & dispose which is what they do. I made several calls to burial/crematoriums places all over Broward county but no answer despite all of them advertising online they offer 24/7 service and all voicemails promised to call back ASAP for emergency service yet not one of them did. Finally I called Paws & Cherish which was the last on my list on google search simply because they were pretty far from me. I was so relieved when somebody answered on the 2nd ring. Byron was very sympathetic & helpful. He advised me on what to do and set up a time with me to take my pet in for cremation. I appreciated this greatly. I took willow to him, she was handled by them with the same love & care we always gave her. I picked her remains up today and was very appreciative to see the nice way they had laid her remains to rest. It was very comforting and the price we were charged for her cremation was affordable for us. If not for Paws & Cherish I don't think we would have been able to do this for her due to how expensive a lot of places are. Their prices were more than fair and it enabled our family to be able to give Willow the proper goodbye & respect she deserved as part of our family. Thank you so much, The Mark Family
