This move was ever customers nightmare. The staff stole my jewelry, my son’s Xbox one and my daughters tablet, with her hello kitty ear phones in them. Who can steel from a nine year old? Neighbors Moving & Storage fired one of them movers but denied my claim and refused to help me, stating they had bigger claims to worry about. I have never even gotten an appology set alone any reimbursement for my stolen items!

As I expected I do not see my review! Because it is a very poor review. Dorothy White 0 StarI I would like it added very poor communication, incompetent, lying about time of arrival, not putting in claims, and having to hound people to give you back what belongs to you. Better business bureau need's to investigate this particular office in Pompano Beach, Extremely disorganized with poor management.

My recent move was completely seamless and expedite, the movers were all we could have wished for, they lifted and loaded the truck with complete professionalism. They were also easy to talk to and very polite; absolutely none of my items was damaged in any ways and the schedule was honored, thanks a lot you guys, I will recommend you guys to anyone I know.

On the date of the move 4 guys came clean nice fit and very polite. They all were fantastic. I was moving from a townhouse to a single family home and there were some stairs in house 1. But this was no problem for this guys. They Rock.!! My estimate was 30 min different than what took them to do the job and they even did not bother to ask for more money. Neighbors Moving and Storage did a really great job. They were sharp, fast, polite and very professional. They handled our move with great care. The salesperson, Victor, explained to me and my wife everything in details. No damages or lost things. The estimate was exactly the amount that was told to us. We strongly recommend them. If we need to move again, definitely we are going to call Neighbors moving and storage.

It was difficult for me to choose a moving company because there are many good options in Miami but I preferred this one because many people gave me incredible references that came up after their experiences moving their personal things or office stuff. So, I did not have to go around and get different quotes, I just preferred neighbors. I got my move as people described it! GREAT! I knew that I could trust people!

Awesome service; thanks a million; my last moving experience was a disaster!!!, basically because I wanted to cut corners by hiring a low cost moving service; really, is better to be safe than sorry, and thats what you get with Neighbors movinga professional service. Thanks again.
