I had to order a special part for my mercury 135 DFI. The part was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. (Faster than they said it might take). The part fit perfectly.

******DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I special ordered a part for our boat trailer. I was assured that the part we were ordering would fit and there would be no problems. It took a week for the part to come in and when we tried to put it on the trailer it was the wrong size. I called BOW and was told that I could only bring the part back but only when the person that does the special orders was in which is Mon-fri until 4pm. It took me a few weeks to get down there because like most people I work during the week and had to wait for a day off. Now they have refused to take the part back even though the part was still in the.original wrapping and in perfect condition. The girls behind the service counter were rude. The special order rep was rude and.lied about our conversation on the phone. They are unwilling to assist the customer and all had an "oh well, sorry about your luck" attitude. We will never buy anything from here again. Be smart and take your business to West Marine where they actually appreciate their customers.
