Terrible place, roaches eveerywhere, dirty, no water pressure what's so ever, laundry room always nasty, dirty pool, dirty stairs, laundry machine never working properly
they charge you ridiculous late fee for amount they waved for you for months to make sure you don't get your deposit back

This place is horrible. Loud, inconsiderate and dirty residents. Beer cans, condoms and trash are constantly found on the ground. Kids pee and dirty up the walls with mud , trash the laundry room and roam around unsupervised constantly. Noise is a continuous problem so if you want a peaceful place to live, run far , far away from this place. When we moved in they refused to fix broken windows, closet doors and even paint (which should be standard for any new tenant) . Parties go on all hours of the night /day and they have no consideration, they will literally sit on your apartment window and talk on the phone. If I could give it negative stars I would! Consider yourself warned.

SCAM LIKE TO STEAL MONEY I GAVE THEM A 30 DAY NOTICE AND I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT. THE PLACE IS GROSS THEY DONT FIX ANYONE THEY COME TO YOUR HOME WITHOUT KNOCKING. DIRTY NO ONE CLEANS POOL IS DIRTY. RUN AWAY NOW NOT WORTH LIVING. THE PICTURES ARE LIES APARTMENT DONT'T LOOK LIKE THAT . NOT HAPPY TOOK MY MONEY AND I ALWAYS PAY MY RENT ON TIME. THEY TURN OFF THE ELEVATOR WHEN THEY WANT TO.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! From my experience this place is HORRIBLE!!! the roaches are so bad they come in all sizes- the best part is when you unplug things and they come out of the walls. i moved in in January and i cant even last a year. my dishwasher leaked all over my living room and it took weeks to get it fixed. then the kitchen ceiling was leaking the bathroom fan was leaking water and the ac has been leaking in to my closet and destroyed a large majority of my clothes. this is just a handful of the problem that go on here. its been nothing but a headache and not enjoyable what so ever. i can not stress this enough do yourself a favor and dont get sucked in to this nasty hole

Life in hell. Don't rent apt here. Every week you have a problem inside the apartment,leak, ac ,sink.you have to ask more than 10 times to they send something to fix your problem. You see a lot of people using drugs here too.

I moved in June of 2014. The next week I had to report a leak in my kitchen because it had flooded. They refused to acknowledge the leak. They came into my apartment once and said there was no leak, came home from work that same night and my kitchen was flooded again. Long story short it took an entire month to have this fixed. Since then I have reported the same leak at LEAST once a month! Not to mention the enormous roach problem! Huge flying roaches they do nothing about and deny there is even a problem. And now I come home from work to a "late rent payment notice." I paid rent as soon as it was due! The 1st was a holiday so I paid on the 2nd! They hesitated to give me a rental receipt that day but thank God I refused to leave without a type of receipt as I come home today to this false notice after a long day at work! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE!!!!

This apartment complex has a severe roach problem. I've lived here for 1.5 years and always have seen a roach here and there. Until one day I opened my dishwasher to remove the dishes and I found 30 roaches scattering in and out of my dishes, roaches in my food, cabinets, etc. They bombed next day but refused to remove dishwasher and open cabinets. Long story short, I had to break my lease because of the severity of the roach problem. Several tenants also broke lease for same reason. The large flying roaches are the roaches this apartment has and management does not seem to want to address the issue. Probably why they are having move in specials right now.
