CHRIS, the owner, and Michale, his brother are running on scam business here.

They will lie and tell you all things you needed to hear just to lock in a 2 years contract.



On Nov 17-18, 2012, Tmobile had a promotion with $200 dollars rebate for each of the Samsung IIIS that you sign up for with 2 years contract family plan. You had to pay out of pocket for $260 for each phone then get the rebate. I upgraded to 2 years contract with a family plan that includes $79.99 for the first 2 lines and 35$ per phone for data plan. Everything was good and they submitted the rebate for me. After 8 weeks, T mobile denied my $400 rebate for the two samsung phones because my plan doesn't qualify for the rebate. Chris and Michael ensured that I will get my rebate under this plan..NOT. I called Michael and Chris to complain. They told me they’ll get back to me but they never did. I kept calling their cell phone and the store but no return calls whatsoever. Another the person that works for Chris & Mike answered my phone and told me they are not at the store every time I called. I called Tmobile and they said I have to change plan to unlimited talk and text for $99.98 per month plan to get the rebate. If Chris & Michael told me this in the first place, I would never signed up for the contract. They lied to many customers about this rebate on this promotion day. Obviously, if they told their customers about $99.98 plan per month, no one would sign up especially the Vietnamese people (i am viet too). Chris lies to the old Vietnamese people that do not know English and do not know much about phone plan---even I felt for it. Please do not do business. They think they are still in Vietnam and running the business like the jungle people. I have been with him for 4 years and he still scammed me…not to mention you’re a total stranger to him. Watch out and be careful. Go to another store like a Latino, American places but not this Vietnamese store run by Chris and his brother.
