The lady in the Auto Service was very rude when I called to check to see if they sell motorcycle batteries. She first put me on hold for 40 minutes then when I called back, she slammed the phone and hung up on me. I spent close to a hr just to find out if they had the battery I needed. She mt have been having a bad day today.!!

This store will have you spend an entire year in line. Any time of day they have lines backed up into the clothing section. It's ridiculous! There could be 30 employees out on the floor and 3 at each register and there are still lines! Do not go here. Try the one in Austintown, OH. They have self-checkout there. I'm surprised all the employees just don't walk out the door at the same time when lines are so backed up. Their store manager really needs to get on the ball. People were throwing their items down and leaving.

All I can say is the pharmacy is terrible!!!!! I have been here 3 times today to pick up a prescription. The first time was at 1:30. The pharmacy was closed because for some reason all 4 people working have to go to lunch at the same time which makes no sense to me. So had to come back. When I came back the second time they said they had no record of his prescription, called the dr. And he said he had called it in but would do it again. So it's now 7pm and I am back for the third time (keep in mind I've been trying since 1:30 to get this medicine) and I wait in line for the third time and then they tell me it's not ready. It's gonna be another 10 mins. Are you kidding me??!! They had all afternoon to fill it and it's still not done!!!

I like Wal-Mart because it is close to home and they are open 24 hours!
