When the family was recently left with the daunting task of the disposing of the contents of a family member's condo, I contacted Joe, of J. C. Estates. Family members were just too "mature" to be running up and down stairs and making numerous trips to donate items to charity. Their response time was excellent and the workers extremely efficient. Everything was clearly spelled out in terms of their services and related costs. There were no hidden surprises. All around, a very good experience. I think it was a win/win experience for everyone.
