Everything seemed great... until they sent out all of my private personal and financial information to other clients (an "accident") and will do nothing to ensure my security other than tell me to wait and see if anything happens. After calling several other CPA's it seems that an industry standard would be to purchase lifelock for your client. I am extremely displeased with how they handle their business
