First I would like to say that slander, defamation, and libel are torts civil wrongs that can be sought against the actor or even the medium that allows such illegal conduct to occur if harm is caused. The gentleman that reviewed this business which inserted defamatory remarks embellished upon publiclly available information on the owner, which everyone can access and make their own decision on, is nothing short of a misguided disgruntled former employee who harassed and threatened the owner and his fiancee who contacted him at a reasonable hour and was not under the influence of anything other maybe annoyance and anger and she recorded the call the voice-mail that ensued and also handed over the threats and tape recording of her actions to the police department and they both have a police report against the individual who also tried to contact a man's probation officer to get him in trouble to which the probation officer was annoyed with the individual and discredited the lies and no further action or wrongdoing with the law gas occurred. Yellow Pages should remove the review which is lies, other than the publicly available information, for everyone deserves a second chance and so far this man has been an effective rehabilitated prior convict that arose from a disease he suffered was treated for and is still in successful recovery to this day, he has not returned to a life of crime so let's not allow a medium for which people with hate in the heart and revenge on their mind try to further assassinate his character when he has worked hard to contribute and be a productive member of society. and to slander his girlfriend, fiancee is even more disgusting that reviews of a business now can allow a perpetrator of torts to further cause injurious harm to an innocent bystander.
