Domenic's is a place I will always do business with and tell all my friends about as well. They offer great service, and your rental for a tuxedo is ready ontime, and complete. I wanted a special color tux that i was having a hard time finding. I saw online they had the one i wanted. I called and spoke to joe asked about the tux and he assued me they had what i wanted , and if they didn't he could get it. I asked if we could come in and look at it? He said sure we have it here in the store come on down. I went in the next day and was shocked when he remembered who i was. I was getting married in October and had just been diagnosed with cancer. i wanted to make sure all was setr before i got really sick due to my treatment. These guys were great! As far as i am concered they went above and beyond to help us out!!!!!!

The price is very affordable with everything included... even shoes.I was so surprised especially because it was a special order.Everything was not only done on time but we only got them the measurments of one of our grooms men one week before the wedding. The person who wrote the negative review I feel is off base because I received excellent service from Domenics.... Dominic even came in on a sunday( he closed on Sundays) to meet my parents to get the tuxes from them. My sister is getting married in the near future and we plan to head back to him for her groomsmen. Thanks for everything you did for us to make our day run smoothly!

I have never left a review before but after going on line to look up Dominic's number and seeing the negative review I had to register.

We have used Dominic's twice before and this week will be getting yet another suit from them. The first time we walked in we were immediately greeted by Dominic himself. (good luck finding the owner at The Gentleman's Warehouse!)

He is a very nice man who took the time to chat with us about the event we needed the suit for and the price we wanted to spend. His suits are beautiful and he even had a vintage top hat he threw in for no extra charge! When we came back to pick it up it looked and fit perfect!

As far as the other review...I don't know why anyone would have to be called to return a rented suit (they knew they had to return it, right?) If one of the GroomsMEN had an issue with the drop off date maybe he should have called THEM instead of having to be hunted down. Try being a little late returning a rented car and see how nice they are about it! (btw, why would more than one groomsmen have to be late with a return? I think you should be disappointed with your friends for their irresponsibility not Dominic's for calling you to get his merchandise back)

When we were discussing drop of times for our suit Dominic noticed that we live closer to one of the restaurants that he and his sons own. He told us we could just drop the suit off there to save us a trip back to the shop! (we also picked up some amazing food! Yummy, can't wait to drop off our next suit!)

Dominic's will always have my business and I often recommend them to family and friends!

I went to Domenic's to inquire about a tuxedo I saw online for my wedding. I asked if he could get it for me, and told him that I would gladly buy it rather than rent it. I made clear a few pertinent points: 1). I didn't want a "cheap" rental imitation of the tux. 2). I didn't want pleated pants, and 3). I wanted a specific vest. Domenic assured me he would make it all happen. To make a long story short, he basically is all about a quick sale. Nothing was the way I wanted. I came in to check out the tux and it was basically a cheap rental version of the tux I asked for, complete with pleated pants, a clip-on tie, and the wrong vest. Now as if this wasn't bad enough, the guys in my wedding rented their tuxedos from here, and were a little late returning them.

Domenic called me, the Groom, and threatened to call the police, claiming that it was larceny etc... . Mind you, my suit was completely taken care of, but he insisted on calling me twice and even said, "I know alot of people. If you don't call them and get me my tuxedos, I'll call the police and it will get very nasty"! Basically this guy didn't care to know the reason why the groomsmens tuxes were late, he only was concerned about the money. Domenic is nothing but a sleazy salesman pretending to be a tailor.



In response to the two people who mentioned my review: It is obvious you must be either friends or relatives of Domenic's. Your criticism of my "lazy" groomsmen does nothing to explain how Domenic basically lied to get a sale. My groomsmen did communicate w/Domenic over the phone, and in person. Either way, I had nothing to do with them, as I had returned my tux and was well into my honeymoon. To be called several times by an angry and rude person whom I owed nothing to, was quite irresponsible if you ask me. I reviewed this business honestly, so that another person could avoid the problems I had during their wedding experience. No one should be told that a product will be available and then substitute a cheap imitation the day before that product is needed! I made it very clear I did not want a clip-on tie or pleated pants, and that I would pay extra or purchase them seperately. I was told that it would be the exact tux I wanted. Then I was told to come in the day before my wedding to try it on, and to my surpise the tux was everything I didn't want. Who wouldn't be angry? This is not about his harassing phone calls, this is about his lack of caring for his customer's wishes, and the deceit that took place during my experience with him. This was my wedding! For most of us, that is a once in a lifetime experience, and thanks to Domenic's this horrible experience will always be a part of it. To anyone who reads this, do yourself a favor and don't listen to the shop's friends and relatives... go somewhere else

The tuxedo shop is outstanding. The best selection and service. This shop also has the best prices around. I don't know what the other review was talking about. I have checked can't beat Domenics.
