I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to add one to prevent anyone from the difficult experience that I had.



The team redid the gutter down spouts on my 50 year old home. That work was done on time in a day. After the work, we started getting water in my basement. It turns out they moved one of the gutters spouts closer to the house than it originally was and new proximity to the house was causing water to come in via the bulkhead. They also missed a down spout altogether. It took quite some time for me to get the owner to respond to my calls, texts and emails and to agree that his teams' work was the cause for the water in the basement (was not occurring before the gutter work ). He did reimburse me for the money I spent to have the water removed from the basement which was much appreciated. He also agreed to have his team come back out in the Spring to fix the problematic gutter and compete the down spout that was missed. Come Spring, it took 2 weeks of emails to have the owner set up a time for the team to come back out to the house. They rescheduled 2 appointments before coming out on the 3rd try. They "fixed" the problematic spout by putting a flimsy pipe barely underground. If you kick the dirt, you can see the pipe. Also, the pipe does not end with a reservoir to collect water. I imagine when we get heavy rain, we will have a muddy puddle in the middle of our yard where the pipe ends. Also, when the team was back out they did not complete the missed gutter. The owner said if we have leaking they will come back out and fix it. He was not apologetic at all for the miss. In short, we had to have the job redone, however, did not trust this company to properly redo the work so we had to call someone else. The team that redid the work said the way it was done by Advanced Roofing was a complete joke.

This is a class act when it comes to professional custom detail. The owner will not put his name on anything that is not perfect even if it costs him money to do it right. He is honest fair and does impecable work. I would recommend advanced Roofing Solutions to anyone. The owner comes highly recommended and makes a home owner feel extremely comfortable knowing no one else will do a better job.
