We have been licensed real estate agents for over 15 years and have had the privilege to work with well over 500 families in the Des Moines area. As a result, we have met A LOT of people and have seen A LOT of homes over the years. We have also been investing in real estate for over 17 years and have a lot of experience with rental properties, tenants and fixer-upper or rehab properties. We take a great deal of pride in being flexible and innovative in this business. Over the years we have identified that some homeowners are just not a good fit for the traditional real estate model. They don’t want to go through the process of preparing their home to sell or they may not want people walking through their home. We have been through this process ourselves having gone through a foreclosure during the real estate crash of 2008.
