I called them to get a price on cleaning a sleeping bag. First of all, they answered the phone with "Hello!" I asked if they were Star Cleaners. The woman's accent was so thick, I couldn't understand her reply, so I asked again. She said "Yes, how many times I have to tell you!" At that point she lost my business. Incredibly rude!
