I've had two root canals done with Dr. Choi. He and his staff were WONDERFUL!!!! I found out yesterday that I need two more root canals done and did not hesitate a moment in scheduling with Dr. Choi. I'm a chicken when it comes to dentist and he is the most comforting Endodontist I have ever met and would HIGHLY recommend him to all.

Dr.Choi and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and secure. Dr.Choi takes time to show you your xray, and explain the root canal procedure. The day after my appointment Dr. Choi called to check on how I was doing I can honestly say that having a root canal at Dr.Choi office was a wonderful experience.

I was referred to Dr. Choi by my dentist for a retx of a root canal done years age. Dr. choi and his staff were very caring and alot of help with working with my Insurance as they reserched my plan and called ahead of time with an estimate. I would not hesistate going back.(Great Job)

Dr. Choi is a great doctor, very profesional, friendly and good at what he does. I think the receptionist is incredibly unprofessional, as one of the other reviewers stated. She talks about everyone's finances in front of other patients. I feel that there should be some sort of area set up so that can be private. She's been incredibly snotty, and I wish he would find another person to take care of that end of the business. Dr. Choi rocks, but she detracts from the overall rating.

The office is really nice and Dr. Choi comes across as very caring and definately knows what he is doing. He is quick and relatively painless.. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is that the lady at the front desk is so incredibly rude that it is unbelievable really. She definately needs some training in customer service and positive human contact! I noticed on another site that someone also noted this lady's rudeness giving a 1 star. She is very unprofessional and not only is she rude in person but tops it off over the phone as well. Dr. Choi needs to realize that this affects his customers and business in a very negative way, and if a customer is going to pay the prices he commands, which aren't cheap by the way, then it should be a pleasant experience all the way through, beginning on the phone and at the front door/desk. Lady, leave the baggage at home!

I was referred to Dr. Choi by my regular dentist for a dificult root canal. I was nervous and extremely distressed since I've had root canals done before and they sure weren't pleasant. Well, I'm glad to say that that was the complete opposite with Dr. Choi. He explained everything before hand and assured me that I wouldn't feel any pain during the procedure. Ture to his work, the treatment was painless and was completed all in one day. Dr. Choi was great and his staff were very helpful as well. I wouldn't hesistate to go back to him in the future.

Given my fear for dentists, I was very skeptical about getting a root canal done. I had heard many horrible strories from friends that had had a root canal before and they sure made me think twice about the procedure. Fortunetly, I was referred to Dr. Choi. The office was really nice, he had a lot of up to date equipment. The staff was super nice, the assistant that greeted me reassured me that everything was going to be ok and that there was nothing to worry about. To my surprise, she was right. Dr. Choi was very proffessional and PAINLESS! I had a wonderful expereince. I'd definetly go back if I need to!

No pain, efficient and friendly office. I had a great experince getting a root canal done by Dr. Choi. I always thought that a root canal procedure would be painful and long. But after the procedure, I knew my fear was unecessary. His bed side manner was exceptional and he had very gentle hands. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and efficient. They were able to schedule me on a short notice since I was in excruciating pain.



Also, the facility was modern with high tech equipment inlcuding surgical microscopes and digital x-rays. To top it off, the office was exceptionally clean. I knew why my dentist referred me to Dr. Choi. I can honsetly say that i will refer family and friends to Dr. Choi.
