Provided by YP.comI had a terrible experience at this salon!! I highly do NOT recommend anyone to go here!!! My hair broke off and the salon refused to issue me a refund. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
YES but that was after your friend bleached your hair after you left our salon, how do we know this? because you told us and this is after we corrected the three salons that you went to before us. the reason your charge back didn't go through, is due to these facts we pride ourselves on delivering great work and backing it up until we have the clients total satisfaction, but our guarantee goes out the window once someone else touches the hair
