This would not be the place to go if you want to do your natural hair. This hair salon does not do ANYTHING natural, they only work with weave and extension styles it seems.. Also they have nasty attitudes, they barely say hello when you walk in, which should have been my first indication to stop coming here. The stylist that I usually work with is Kara. I get full sew-in extensions. The first couple of times I went to Kara, my hair was nice... but the last time I went I was very disappointed. First of all, a different stylist braided my hair to start. Because she had other customer's waiting, I guess she felt it was okay to start out the braids small, and then finish braiding them larger to finish faster. At the end, I had a fat braid at the top of my head. After my sew in, I was unhappy to have people come up and ask me what is the large 'hump' in the back of my head. After handing them over $150 of my hard earned cash, and Kara being an experienced stylist, she should have not let me leave the salon with a hump at the top of my head. When I asked her to fix her work, she took it personally, and told me that if I have an issue, why do I keep coming back to her... then she told me that she could fix it but it would cost me. Quite cute is a well known salon in the fort lauderdale area. When I told other ladies at my job about my experience, many of them already knew about Quite Cute and had very little positive things to say. I even spoke with a girl at random at a supermarket in coral springs...even she said that she was turned off by the bad attitudes of the stylist. I have heard they lost alot of their customer base... well thats what happens when you provide bad quality of service, but still charging high prices. Im sorry, but if I pay that much money, and a loyal customer, I expect better service. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Understand Hair

I walk in with my daughter who was taking swimming lesson over the summer and the chlorine damage her hair. Mrs. B took a look at it and explains what the chemicals had done and what needed to be done to get it back healthy. Well it has been almost 2 months and we can really see an improvement. Thanks!!
