Pink and Blues owners are loving and caring grandparents and amazing merchants who provide exceptional fashion and value, individualized service, and the unique capacity to make every girl and her mom feel special in a happy and child friendly environment.

The go-to boutique for tween/teen dresses, sportswear and accessories/gifts.

Every guest leaves with a smile, a thank you and often times a hug.

No wonder they were awarded "2014 Childrens Favorite Clothing Store" by Broward Family Life Magazine!

Rude salesman

Just FYI- about a not so- kid friendly salesman. I am not trying to start controversy I just want to tell you about what happened to me today. I live in plantation and "pink and blues" is a children's store that literally is within walking distance of my home. The only other close store is "Haute Tots" which has amazing customer service but is part consignment. I have been to pink and blues before and in the back room they have infant stuff, which I have purchased. A little background- my daughter is 19 months old and literally just started walking this week after months of therapy so I am trying to have her walk as much as possible. Today was small business Saturday with American Express which gives a rebate for patronizing local businesses. So we went to a few stores- mind you in the boutiques that have breakables, I held her. Everyone was super nice. We made it to pink and blues and since the therapist wants her to walk as much as possible- I let her down. Since it is a kid oriented store- or so I thought, I put her down to walk. Well the male owner said- "this isn't a store for little kids- she shouldn't walk around." I said "don't worry I watch my child". He had an attitude that we don't belong there. Mind you my niece is 9 and I have shopped there before. On the other hand, the woman owner was extremely pleasant- she was showing me bows for Hailey. My daughter just learned to walk and is extremely timid- FYI- she bent down and picked up a leaf on the floor to throw away (she is a cleaner). He reprimanded me BEFORE my child did anything- as soon as I got there! I bought the bow and gift for my niece, but now I regret it. That male owner does not belong in the children's clothing industry. His wife should work the store. He has no clue who am I or more importantly how my child behaves and her developmental delays. I drive to "Denny's" in Boca for all my cute clothes and presents-and from now on I will continue to do so. Maybe American Express should know how this "small business" treats customers. I am a local and proud resident of Plantation for years and active in my daughters school- he really barked up the wrong tree. I am just sharing MY OWN PERSONAL experience and I'm sure a million people will post how much they love the store- regardless this is how I WAS TREATED . The woman was great but the man was horrible to me. In fact I was so frazzled I even almost grabbed the wrong bag at check out. Just my vent- not trying to start controversy- just venting. Thanks
