Provided by YP.comAvoid Nu-U Med Spa, Plantation, Florida. Went for the Mothers Day Botox Special, paid $400.00, returned 8 days later for a touch up. Claire Murphy the Technician/Director said I did need a touch up around my eyes, which she injected. I thanked her and as I was leaving she said I owed $169.00. This is a "Bait and Switch" the first injections did not work properly, so she injects more "Botox" for additional money. Never did she say there was an additional charge, until I was leaving.
