The technician, Rusty, came out two times within two weeks to repair my a/c. Both times he was rude and unprofessional. At any attempt to ask questions to understand my diagnosis, he would cut me off and seem to become arrogant and hostile in his responses. I don't think this would have happened had I been a male. This was my experience with this company. Needless to say, it wasn't a pleasant one.

Randy has always been honest ad fair. He has done work for several friends/family. He's on time and comes out in boiling hot weather. Sweats his head off and smiles as he keeps working. Recommend him anytime to anyone!
