Provided by YP.comOrders a part online while they had free shipping on items 75$ or more. Only to get an email the next day saying that part is over sized and I need to pay an addition 25$ for shipment contacted customer service spoke with Tim, manager of internet sales and he was unwhilling to work with me and his first option before even discussing anything wasthat he doesn't make any money on the part anyways and a plastic discharge tube they get charged 50$ for shipping. Worst customer service ever. I would strongly reccomend you find your lawn service and parts elsewhere.
