i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseIn January, my husband took my car in to get two new tires. Recently, we started noticing a very loud metal clunking sound. After checking under the car and not seeing anything, my husband took the car back in yesterday. The mechanic said he heard it, too, at first, but later the noise went away. He said if we had another problem to bring it back in. Today, we went to Discount Tires where the mechanic immediately came to tell us that when the hubcap was removed, a bolt fell out. This shows someone wasn't doing their job. Why didn't NTB check? It wouldn't have taken any time. So we went back to NTB where my husband informed the man at the desk. He said we could bring it back in and they would take care of it. Take care of what????? It was taken care of by Discount Tires where we will be doing business from now on.
