I went to the International Suit Warehouse in Richardson in order to exchange the suit that I purchased for a bigger size. The Richardson store did not have the size suit that I needed so they sent me to this store. It is a shame that a new store like this has rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, low quality workers that do not know how to properly serve customers. If her boss heard the offensive smart ass tone and words she used when she spoke to me she would have gotten fired. She appeared to be an Indian lady in her 40's. I would highly recommend firing her and replacing her with a more polite, professional person that will not make rude, unnecessary stupid remarks to customers that deserve more respect and a higher standard of quality customer service. She was garbage. I will never do business with this store. Your nasty attitude has been exposed to the rest of North Texas sweety, and hopefully your boss sees this.
