Super rude rude rude......we tried going to trade in a battery that was given to us wrong by them. Car dealor ship sent us there to gt a new battery because the one on the car we bought had a dead battery and now we connot exchange it because we are lieing about where we got the battery...horrible service in plainview.they didnt even give us a chance to call the dealor for there "code" to exchange our battery
