MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS MORE THAN AWESOME. I WAS A LITTLE HESTITATE AT FIRST, BUT ROSALIN MADE IT A SMOOTH RIDE! THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM I WANTED AT FIRST, BUT SHE MADE IT POSSIBLE TO GET ME THAT ITEM. THANK YOU SO MUCH, WE NEED MORE PPL LIKE YOU!

I called from NC to Plainfield, NJ to rent a TV for a family members funeral in Westfield, NJ. It needed to be delivered to the funeral home next morning. The circumstances for the rental are not typical but it was handled quickly and efficiently, the transaction was completed seamlessly and delivered on time and in perfect condition. The store manager walked me through the process and kept updating me on the status and even followed up after the transaction was completed. At a time when many other business where just flat out telling us this is the way it is, take it or leave it, Rentacenter worked with us. My family remains very grateful for the compassion shown on a basic business transaction in our time of need. Thank you Rentacenter
