We've never had any issues with B & B Auto. They give us an estimate prior to completing the work and everyone has been courteous us us.

Do NOT bring your car to BB Auto on South Avenue in Plainfield. God forbid they have a hard time handling the repair that they said they said to you with confidence they'd have no problem making. They'll give you the run around each time you call, and trying to get anyone on the phone who actually knows what they're talking about is nearly impossible to do. Not only is it a total waiting game to get a phone call back, but the manner in which the employees deal with customers is much less than what the average patron would consider appropriate or acceptable. Heed my warning. Find another auto mechanic.

These guys are professional and top notch! I left there feeling confident and safe with my car after my repairs done here! I will be a customer for life. Pete is very courteous and professional and knows his stuff with cars. This place comes highly recommended by me. I have never left a repair facilty happy and confident that my money was well spent on a auto repair till now

Staff is vulgar and rude. Overcharged for towing. Was promised one-two hours to produce a repair quote. After waiting seven hours with no call back, “Owner/Manager/Mechanic” became irritated and defensive when asked politely to produce a quote, then proceeded to hang up. When I called back, another foul mouthed employee picked up and advised me a customer must have picked up the phone and was rude to me earlier. I advised the mechanic that was a ridiculous lie and that I would contact the BBB. Mechanic’s response was more obscenities and then a hang up. Take your car anywhere but here.
