Every phase of my experience starting with the initial consultation, the actual surgery, the post surgical
visit and the final review was conducted in a friendly, yet professional, manner. I have been pleased with the entire process and with the result.

I highly recommend Dr. Will of Burt & Will Plastic Surgery, and am very happy with the outcome of my procedure. She was not only extremely thorough and took time to answer all my questions and concerns, but she also went above and beyond to see me outside of my normal appointment time. Her bedside manor is conversational and caring, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return will full confidence to Dr. Will for future procedures as needed.

I had a basal cell carcinoma on my chin and wasn?t comfortable with my dermatologist doing surgery on my face. I sought out Dr. Will by her credentials and online reviews. I made a consult appointment to get started. I thought to myself, I bet everyone is going to be uppity, but it was just the opposite. From the receptionist to Courtney(med asst), everyone was super friendly upon arrival. Dr. Will was very kind and addressed my concerns. Courtney contacted my insurance and let me know all fees upfront, with no surprises and helped coordinate surgery appointment. Second appointment Dr. Will did the surgery, and could not of gone better. It has been 2 weeks now since surgery and it looks like it is healing well. From the looks of it, I bet there will be minimal scarring. I highly recommend Dr. Will and would go back if I need another basal cell removed.

From my first consultation Dr Will was easy to talk to and I felt very confident i her opinion of what I could consider having done to fix some concerns with my skin texture and wrinkles. Dr Will and all of her staff are very courteous and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking the services that Dr Will performs.
