I think first impresstions are always important but not for this girl who ran the place. I know this office has been open for quite some time but it looked so makshift. None of the chairs matched and infact they looked like they had been stolen from some poor school. It smelled and just felt dirty. This girl had her kids running around like it was there home, and when I tried to pay for the dam thing she wouldn't take my husbands debit card. Even though I knew the pin and it was a joint account. She wouldn't take the card because he wasn't there. So then I asked when they are open, M-TH 2-6pm what the heck kinda place runs like that. I'll never go there again.
