Great dry cleaners! When I needed a last minute dry cleaning, Ruth of Suburban Dry Cleaners saved the day for me. Very friendly staff, very efficient, and the location is very convenient. I will definitely be back, Ruth!! Thank you so much for the great service you provided me!!

My husband and I just moved to Pittsburgh and were new to the area this year and we were looking for a new dry cleaner that offers same day service. I bring in my husband's shirts and suits as well as my work clothes each week, and have never had a problem! They were able to remove a stain from my favorite skirt that our old cleaners said couldn't be removed. I found out yesterday that they even shine and repair shoes, so that's next on the list!

I had a terrible experience at this place. I dropped off 10 shirts, 7 sweater vests, 3 sweaters, and 1 sports jacket in December of 2012. My wife stopped by the second week of January and was told by the clerk that they had accidentally given my clothes to someone with my last name. Their solution to the problem was to wait until that person returned with my clothes. It is now February 11th and still no clothes. I called to ask for them to reimburse me and they refused. These are $200+ worth of clothes that we are talking about and they were all dress clothes. This is a terrible place to take your clothes and I will not trust them with my own clothes ever again. Refusing to reimburse me is a VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I have been using this Cleaners for the past 7 months and I absolutely love them. Stains that my previous cleaner said would not come out are all gone. The clothes are always ready and most importantly the nice lady that works the counter is always smiling and has a kind word. Try them you will see a difference
