Do not go here!!

I took in a phone that needed a minor repair to the camera. Although there was only one other customer in the store, I waited approximately 20 minutes before I was waited on. (There was only one person on duty- who turned out to be the manager- until a second person came in). I explained the problem and they supposedly "fixed it". The problem was when I tried to make a phone call, the phone itself would not work. I immediately returned to the store and they said the phone was unrepairable. I understand accidents can happen- and if made right, I would have not had an issue and would not be writing this review. However, the manager (who it was obvious had limited knowledge of cell phones) was aware of what happened, but let the technician (who was the only one who knew anything about cell phones) try to handle the situation instead of taking charge of an obviously bad situation. When I finally pressed the issue to speak with her, she not only took no responsibility for the technician breaking the phone, she said the only option was to order a refurbished phone that would take 3-5 business days to come in. They gave me a loaner "flip-phone" and called when the refurbished phone came in. When I picked up the refurbished phone, it had a full charge. When I tried to recharge it- it would not charge. I returned to the store. The manager was off that day but the salesperson called her and she would not speak with me. The salesperson claimed he could not reach her....(It's a small store and I could clearly hear the conversation).



I went to the corporate store in Robinson and they resolved the problem within a half hour.

I spent a good portion of two of my days off as well as another evening dealing with poor customer service and an even worse manager with what should have been a simple half-hour fix. The worst part is that I now have a "refurbished" phone that already had one issue, and hopefully does not have others. I wish I had gone to a corporate store to begin with. I would have still had my original phone and I wouldn't be spending yet more time setting up my refurbished phone like I had my original one.

Bottom Line: Poor customer service; Even worse "Manager". Go to a corporate store
