I felt they only wanted to get whatever $$$ they could from me or my insurance policy. I went for my knee, they wanted to adjust my back ....etc. Pushy sales techniques. The PT did nothing , and the staff seemed very unhappy and not interested in delivery of real services.

This place is awful and it really seems like they're more scam artists than doctors! My fiance injured his back, so I found them in his provider directory and made an appointment. They took his insurance information and at no time informed me that they were out of network. When he got there, they told him that they "used to have a doctor in his network, but he left." He was in so much pain by then that he didn't have much of a choice but to stay. However, they did absolutely nothing for his pain, no adjusting or anything, and simply charged him almost $200 for an x-ray and told him he'd need to come back in (more $$!) two days later to "discuss the x-ray" and "set up a treatment plan" (they didn't even know that there was anything to treat yet! BIG red flag!) Since waiting two days to see an x-ray seemed ridiculous and he was super uncomfortable with how they operated, he got an appointment with a different provider (in network!) and canceled his next appointment. While canceling, Scott Medical Center pressured him to reschedule, which he declined to do several times before finally hanging up. As for the new doc he saw elsewhere, he was great! He asked a lot of questions, quickly figured out what was wrong, did some adjusting and electrical muscle stimulation, and things are already getting better! No x-ray required! I wish he had never gone to Scott Medical Center, as it was a huge waste of time and money, and he suffered needlessly for an extra day! I do NOT recommend!
