You cannot win here.............slots are sooo tight, no-one wins! you don't even hear them announcing winners over the loud speaker anymore. Employees are RUDE! Promos are a joke! I spent over $800 on a quarter machine on wednesday, went to the kiosk to get my promo for that day................it was $5, I will never step foot in that place again!! The 446 club is a bigger joke, the girls in there wont even wait on you unless your a big tipper. The people working there are ignorant, from the goof-ball security greeting you as you come in, to the rude ambassadors at the players club, to the thieving cleaning people who steal your cigarettes as they empty your ashtray, to the lazy women cleaning the bathrooms. The place is low-class and hopefully will be out of business soon. Also, who in the hell won the million dollars they had on display a few months ago???? nobody probably!!! A big set up to lure you in there! Jackpots that use to go off at 15-20 went of at 30thousand(devils and diamonds) other jackpots .25 slots that use to go off around 1000 or 1200 now go over 4000 and counting. This place has been through 4 general managers in 2 years....Todd Moyer was the best machines were hitting, promos were good, and he made himself visible to the customers! I dont even know who in the hell the GM is now, all I know is he is GREEDY! They dont even advertise winners anymore, do you know why??? THERE AREN'T ANY!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away from Rivers casino or you will end up under a bridge with a dirty blanket and no where to go!!!
