My family used a luxury van and several black cars for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and were very pleased!
We had to coordinate getting people to the party from a couple of different locations and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
One of the drivers, Jerry, was an absolute gem – he really helped my parents feel special.

The driver left my wife and I standing in the rain on our wedding night after cussing us out. The car was parked 100 yards from the venue in the pouring rain (which we later found out was due to a miscommunication with our wedding coordinator so not necessarily their fault), but yelled at us for asking him where he'd been. When I asked him to be nicer to me on my wedding night, he replied with things like "go f*** yourself" before speeding off dangerously. There are plenty of other car services in Pittsburgh. I hope noone ever has to go through the horrible experience that my wife and I had on our wedding night. Please please please consider any other vendor!!

UPDATE: We did receive a full refund, the company claimed to "have dealt with the driver," and customer service was apologetic. Although it was a nice gesture, we unfortunately will still have this wedding memory forever.

Their service is professional and their cars are of the utmost in quality. I'd recommend them to anyone !
