Went after seeing the Lion King. Recommend from a friend to come here. It was delicious! It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Our server was polite and attentive. Everything was wonderful. I had the mushroom ravioli and a stuffed mushroom appetizer. I even had some left over to take home with me. 10/10 will be back again.

Love this place. Every time I have guests in town or just want to enjoy a great Italian meal and a drink I'm there. They treat you like family and are very considerate of your order and any special requirements. They handle large crowds at a remarkable rate with kindness and appreciation, knowing everyone is on a schedule to see the shows. The food is worth every cent as is the hospitality. The staff works hard and yet takes a moment to make you feel special. Great place to catch a full dinner or a drink with hors d'oeuvres before a show and after.

We (family of 4) had a great time eating here before going to the Symphony at Heinz Hall. The fried zucchini appetizer was a great way to start. Entrées were very good. Dessert was classic. Waitstaff friendly and attentive. We were done in plenty of time to make the Symphony. We had reservations at 6:00 PM and the place was pretty crowded.

First time my wife and I have ever been here. We had a reservation and we were seated early which was great due to going to a show at Heinz Hall. First of all the waitress Jessica and trainee Sabine were outstanding!!!! They explained the menu and described the different foods we were asking about. Service was second to none and the appetizer and main course meal was some of the best we’ve ever had. WE WILL BE BACK, and thanks for making us country folks feel at home in the city.

Our family had dinner here recently while visiting Pittsburgh. Reservations are recommended especially on weekends. Very nice menu, Restaurant was spotless, excellent staff, good food, not particularly expensive, close to most venues in the city. Our group had a variety of dishes, all were well served and welcomed by us. Good food! Full bar, good wine list, several local beers on tap. Give it a try when you are in town.

This is our 'go to' place when attending a downtown event. The location is ideal, and the food is very good. I have never had a bad meal here. The atmosphere is upscale after last year's remodeling. I h ighly recommend this restaurant.

Carol the Hostess was quite pleasant and genuinely appreciated our business..
then dinner... Our waiter was clueless... we arrived just as the theater crowd was leaving and there were 4 wait staff for just 3 tables of guests, the rest of the evening and service was poor at best. The waiter wanted to take our food order before he brought us drinks which had been sitting at the bar for a quite a while. Overall food quality about what you would expect at a cheep wedding.. Waiter asked if I wanted soup or salad, and potato or pasta. I said salad and pasta. Could I have Pasta ala olio? I got dried out pasta with red sauce and the salad had brown spots. He of course disappeared after that. My wine on the menu was $8. on the bill it was $10 and he charged me $8 for the pasta??? will not go back

We have been here a few times now that I remembered who owned the place! Before every show we stop and see Mark at the bar. We have never had a problem with last minute reservations either. Called on a whim and we had the best table in the place. Keep up the great work guys!

Surprisingly Great. What a surprise. We decided to go after a show sunday evening. Walked passed it many times but went in on a whim today. It was a nice day so we were able to sit outside and the waitress was very attentive. The food had really good flavor. the portions are large, and we took half home.

A few weeks later, we decided to stop in again. This time trying an appitizer. Again everything tasted great, and I could not have asked for better service.

We were seated promptly upon our arrival. I had the pasta, which was very good for such a basic order. We had plenty of time to eat dinner, have dessert and make it to the 8:00 show.

A group of us dined here while attending a major convention in the nearby Lawrence Center.

The fare was delicious and well-prepared, and nicely presented. The service was good without being obtrusive or pretentious.

The Lemon Sole I ordered was nicely prepared and not overcooked.

I went with my husband to get lunch at Bravo Franco on a wednesday. As expected, it was almost empty due to the time and day of the week. The place itself looks very fancy and well decorated but as far as I know they don't have a dress code.

We started with mussels in marinara sauce and they were the best I've tried so far. Then, I had chicken marsala and a house salad, both were excellent. My husband had a pasta entrée with meat sauce and He absolutely loved it.

We finished with a tiramisu, very soft and not too sweet, I really liked it.

The only thing I didn't like was that our waitress forgot to bring bread to the table and we had to ask for it. She also forgot to give us/offer cheese for the entrées

Good experience overall

Bravo Franco is my favorite Italian restaurant in the city. The service is always great, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and the food is absolutely terrific! If you can save room for dessert the lemon silk and key lime pies are worth every calorie. Many thanks to the chef and staff for keeping the customers happy.

Didn't eat here but enjoyed a drink and cigar on their patio every night. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Most patrons seemed to be pleased with their experience. Nice location to take in the downtown scene.
