I was extremely impressed with the new therapist, Eva. She was very strong and focused. I wish that there had not been a language barrier to impede communication, but she was very attentive, receptive to suggestions about specific muscle groups that needed to be addressed, and interested in customer service, a true Pro Spa Masseuse at her craft.
