he staff is friendly as you would expect in this type of business. Quality appears to be fine. However, be very careful when using the design staff. Their only job is to sell furniture not necessarily to provide a workable design. I just received $6K+ of furniture that is unworkable in the room. The designer job is supposed to be to assist with getting the scale of the room correct along with getting the necessary functions in the room requested. The designer I worked with missed on all counts. I was given two layouts that were suppose to work and the furniture will not fit in the room using either layout. Perhaps there is an issue with the scale of the furniture in the software that is used for the layouts but I really think it was a bad design provided by an inexperienced designer and that is my fault for accepting it. Oh, don't believe the 3-day to cancel policy. They will not allow you to cancel an order. If you really want to get a good design, spend a little extra for independent designer. The $$ per hour for a designer is small compared to the thousands spent on furniture. Hope my opinion helpful.
